ABOUT OUR PHYSICIANS
Elise Jonisch, M.D.
Dr. Jonisch is a board certified pediatrician, attended Binghamton University and then Milton S. Hershey Medical School at Pennsylvania State University. She completed her Internship and Residency at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Jonisch has had a private practice in Atlantic Beach, Long Beach and Island Park since 1984. She is married with five children, five granddaughters and has two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys gardening.
Rina Jaffe, M.D.
Dr. Jaffe is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She attended Binghamton University followed by medical school at the Sackler School of Medicine. She completed her intership and residency programs at North Shore University Hospital and has been a pediatrician with Beach Pediatrics since 2001. She is married, has two children and enjoys playing squash and basketball.
Leslie Taft Aiuto, M.D.
Dr. Aiuto received her B.A. from Cornell University in 1981.She attended Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences where she received an M.A. in Anthropology. She then went on to obtain her M.D. from New York Medical College. She did her Pediatric residency and a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at North Shore University Hospital and is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Aiuto was formerly the Director of the Pediatric Continuity Clinic and the Assistant Chief of the Division of General Pediatrics at Schneider Children's hospital at North Shore. Dr. Aiuto is a happily married mother of two lovely girls and a very bossy cat. In her spare time, Dr. Aiuto enjoys indulging her passion to perform by acting, singing and dancing in community theater productions.
Rachael Green Bilello, DO
Dr. Bilello is a board certified physcian who joined Beach Pediatrics in 2008. She completed her undergraduate education at Binghamtom University, and medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bilello completed her Pediatric internship and residency at Schneider Childrens Hospital at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family, especially her new baby Grace.
